Infused mimosa (acacia dealbata) flowers are part of this special composition. The delicate, soft flowers herald the beginning of spring and it is a joy to collect the flowers and make this special soap every year at the end of winter.
Unfortunately the exquisite smell doesn't come through the soaping process, but the lovely fragrance bring it back.
The colour of the soap comes from the infused flowers - the gold is painted on with mica (in alcohol) and will vanish after the first use.
This soap has less Superfat than my other soaps (4% compared to the usual 8%), so when you have very sensitive skin, maybe better go for another soap.
Saponified oils infused with mimosa flowers: (Tallow, Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Rice Bran Oil, Castor Oil). Water, Glycerine, Fragrance oil, citric acid, sugar, mica
