Shipping & Delivery Information

We use NZPost for our deliveries and charge as little as possible. The costs depend on the weight/size of the items. We typically use tracking for shipping our soaps.
There is free delivery for locals on RD2 Picton.

Because we also operate a walk in store, which shares the same stock, it is possible that the amount available shown on this website may not be accurate. We will contact you immediately should this be affecting your order.

Our shipping starts on a rural delivery run, so add a minimum of one working day to the delivery time. We use New Zealand Post for our shipping. Most deliveries should arrive in 5-6 business days.
And of course there are the usual delays in the system because of Covid. Please be patient.
