Shipping & Delivery Information
We use NZPost for our deliveries and charge as little as possible. The costs depend on the weight/size of the items. We typically use tracking for shipping our soaps.
There is free delivery for locals on RD2 Picton.
Because we also operate a walk in store, which shares the same stock, it is possible that the amount available shown on this website may not be accurate. We will contact you immediately should this be affecting your order.
Our shipping starts on a rural delivery run, so add a minimum of one working day to the delivery time. Most deliveries should arrive in 5-6 business days.
To ensure your order arrives safely and promptly, please double-check that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. For rural addresses, it's important to select the correct shipping option. If you're unsure, please contact us for assistance.
Please note that if the shipping address is incorrect, incomplete, or cannot be delivered by NZ Post, your order may be returned to us. In such cases, we may reship the order at the buyer's expense. For more information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
